In cooperation with Arcada University of Applied Sciences in Finland, the ANE Student Network invited all students to a short seminar on the Circular Economy. We were joined by several exciting companies from Norway, Sweden and Finland. If you missed it or just want to rewatch it, here is your chance.
The seminar provides students and others with the opportunity to learn first-hand how the Circular Economy is being implemented in business. Firstly we hear from Tone Hjort Madsen, from Empower Norway explain how they are working on improving the recyclability of plastic around the world using blockchain technology.
The second presentation is by Jakob Sakrin from the Swedish company Ecolime, which works on optimising the energy use in houses by extracting all power possible from wastewater.
The last presentation is by Bent Andersson from Geberit, who talks about their Idos products and their new sewer pipe system that are built on Circular Economy principles.
