ANE works to keep skills development high on the Nordic and EU policy agenda. We aim to inspire young people to pursue STEM and we work to increase women’s participation, retain senior engineers for vital knowledge transfer, and promote inclusive practices that value neurodivergent professionals.

Promoting Research & Innovation

We work to strengthen research and innovation that enables engineers to develop cutting‑edge solutions and reduces dependency on external technologies. ANE promotes responsible innovation and strategic technologies through Nordic cooperation and close engagement with the EU. We support enabling research frameworks, access to funding, and knowledge sharing across disciplines and borders.
