We strive to share Nordic engineers’ know-how as their expertise and innovative thinking are key in developing solutions for the Just Twin transition within the Nordics, the EU, and the rest of the world.

We support the professional development and work-life balance of engineers. We engage with policymakers at Nordic and EU levels, to promote STEM education, close the STEM skills gap and advocate for lifelong learning opportunities. We also address the risks of limitless work, by shifting responsibilities to employers, unions, and legislators.

We promote the use of technology for societal good. Engineers have a key role in creating and applying responsible tech, but they need support, guidance, and governance from others. We advocate for an increased focus on distributed responsibility to protect the developers and for collaborative safe spaces, where innovation can spur responsibly.
